Our staff are wonderful and highly skilled in everything they do.

We employ and train all our people, so they really know what they're doing (we don't use agency staff).

Many of them have been with us for years, gaining massive experience on how to handle and prepare fresh foods.

Hand cutting fruit is a highly skilled task, and our people are incredibly good at it.
